An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Zelda,
Thank you for taking the time to write the feedback.
What do you find the most difficult to do in Acrobat Reader on your iPhone/iPad? Opening PDF documents from other iOS apps, sending PDF documents to others, adding comments (Highlight, Sticky Notes, Freehand Drawing, etc.), filling out forms, or something else?
An error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
Thank you for the feedback.
Would you mind providing a specific example of the feature or area that needs to be improved?
Thank you for your help.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
Sorry to hear about your trouble.
Were your documents stored locally on your iPad/iPhone or cloud storage?
1. Launch Acrobat.
2. Tap "Files" in the bottom toolbar.
3. Select a location. Example: On This iPhone/iPad, Document CloudDo you see any documents? For Document Cloud, please make sure that you sign into Document Cloud with the same Adobe ID that you've used before.
In general, if you uninstall any iOS app (not just Acrobat Reader), the operating system will erase all of your documents and preferences that are locally stored on your iPad/iPhone.
Do you have iCloud backup of your entire iPad/iPhone? If you do, you can restore it.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
The minimum iOS version requirement for Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad version 19.02.01 or newer is iOS 11.2.
If you have an older iOS version on your iPad, you are not able to install the latest version of Acrobat Reader.
However, Apple App Store will allow you to download the last compatible version of any iOS app.
The trick is to use the Apple ID that was used to download and install the older version of the same app previously.
Hope this helps.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
Acrobat 18.12.00 (released on December 14, 2018) brought back the "Share Flattened Copy" option.
https://acrobat.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/1891918
However, I do agree that this option is hard for the users to discover. Besides, it does not provide the option ("Share Original Document" vs. "Share Flattened Copy") for _each_ "Share a Copy" operation. It's not a great user experience.
We are looking into improving the Share user interface and usability in future releases.
Thank you for the feedback.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
I changed the title of your suggestion so that other users can vote for it.
Please note that the toolbar has limited space for additional buttons in the Portrait mode on *iPhone*. But it may be feasible for the user interface on iPad.
Thank you for the feedback.
An error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
Do these context menu 'shortcuts' help?
To add Highlight/Strikethrough/Underline
1. Press and hold over text.
2. Select Highlight/Strikethrough/Underline from the context menu that pops up.See ContextMenu1.png (attached to this post).
To add Freehand Drawing/Text/Note
1. Press and hold over some non-text area on a page.
2. Select Note/Text/Freehand from the context menu that pops up.See ContextMenu2.png (attached to this post).
Please let us know if this approach is more feasible for you.
Thank you.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
Would you please describe what you see on the screen?
"I have export to word but it won’t." - Do you see an error message?
Please note that "Export PDF" is a paid subscription service. It may take some time for the premium feature to be enabled for your account.
You can contact Adobe Customer Care if you have any problems with the subscription.

Thank you.

Please take a look at the video IMG_2812.mov that is attached to this post.
Admittedly, it's not intuitive. But it will let you tap '...' behind the plus icon.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
By "edit", do you mean adding comments, filling out form fields, or using the "Edit PDF" (paid subscription feature)?
Would you please describe the steps that you took to try editing the PDF attachment? What do you see on the screen when "editing" is not working? Do you see an error message?
Can you make sure that the PDF attachment is opened in Acrobat (not Apple's preview)?
If you can provide more details, we should be able to help you solve the problem.
Thank you.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello,
Would you please provide more details about your problem?
What are you trying to do? Are you trying to add comments (highlight, underline, freehand drawing, etc.) or fill out form fields?
Or are you trying to modify _text_ in PDF using the "Edit PDF" feature that is enabled only if you have the Acrobat Pro DC paid subscription on iPad (not iPhone)?
Please let us know so that we can help you.
Thank you.
