If following the steps for a backup Restore does not return files, is their perhaps somewhere else to recover them? Would Adobe have a digital cache of recently deleted files that could be looked into? I have tried to restore from a backup and received no recovered files, and I am very concerned.

I accidentally deleted/moved a folder and don’t know where it is. Do you know if I will be able to recover it?

Hi,
Sorry to hear about your trouble.
Were your documents stored locally on your iPad/iPhone or cloud storage?
1. Launch Acrobat.
2. Tap "Files" in the bottom toolbar.
3. Select a location. Example: On This iPhone/iPad, Document CloudDo you see any documents? For Document Cloud, please make sure that you sign into Document Cloud with the same Adobe ID that you've used before.
In general, if you uninstall any iOS app (not just Acrobat Reader), the operating system will erase all of your documents and preferences that are locally stored on your iPad/iPhone.
Do you have iCloud backup of your entire iPad/iPhone? If you do, you can restore it.
