Quick access to Bookmarks
Bookmarks panel should be more accessible. One tap instead of two. And since the thumb is closer to the bottom of the screen the bar with tapable options should be at the bottom.

I changed the title from “Bookmarks” to “Quick access to Bookmarks” so that other users can easily identify and vote for it.
