    Please go back to Prepare Forms> edit mode and enable “Allow Rich Text Formating” for the text field

    Once done, you should be able to get the formatting options under right click context menu.

    You can make use of "Enable Rich Text Field " in Properties panel to make use of formatting options in "Right Click >Sub Menus.

    Yes, it used to be that you could right click and change the font or underline or bold the interactive text. They have eliminated this feature and it is really quite frustrating.
