As mentioned above, you are having trouble while using Acrobat extension with latest version of Chrome. Can you please help with some more info regarding this issue?
1. Can you please elaborate what kind of trouble you are facing while using the browser with Acrobat extension? Does browser respond slowly or is not responsive or is there any other issue?
2. What is the behavior of Acrobat extension on this version of Chrome? Is conversion working? We tried In-House to verify the scenario, but could not observe any performance issues with Chrome 78.0.3904.70 or Acrobat extension 15.1.1.3.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSagrika Khandelwal (Admin, Adobe) commentedCan you please specify the OS and Firefox version you are using?
Hi Philip,
Thank you for reporting this.
Acrobat is not natively compatible with Apple Silicon devices yet.
For more details please visit https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/mac-os11-big-sur-compatibility.html
As a workaround, you can launch MS apps using Rosetta and the add-in should work correctly.
Instructions to use Office apps with Rosetta: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-office-for-mac-with-rosetta-and-apple-silicon-18db14f2-4abc-4d93-96a4-72a01f6e9721
