  2. Adobe PDF Printer should be installed automatically when installing Acrobat DC. Instructions for manual installation are incomplete. Everything worked great until recent update failure and reinstallation.

  4. In Acrobat Pro, even though the 2-sided printing box is NOT checked, my hp officejet 4630 printer prints multiple-page documents on both sides.
There is no Mac 0s 10.13 driver for this printer.
I would appreciate Adobe/Mac collaborating on a solution.

  10. The Driver for Acrobat 2018.011.20038 cannot print single pages. While it might be nice to FORCE users to print on 2 sides, this isn't always desirable. As in the case to print estimated tax slips. I've had to resort to exporting to individual PDFs and printing with Photoshop one page at a time.

  13. I can't print my PDF files when they open in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I try to change the printer and it defaults back to Adobe PDF. I've uninstalled and re-installed the program and still had no luck. Very annoying.

  15. This is a bug that I'm hoping isn't because I'm using Acrobat 9. It seems silly that printing to PDF would randomly stop applying the top and left margins, but correct applies the right and bottom margins. It's been working fine for over a year since I've been using it. Any ideas? Anyone experience something similar?

  16. Original Issue

User printed document with over 100 pages and said it failed at page 43.

    Investigation

Determined user could print up to page 49, and after page 54. 50-54 were trouble pages. This range was created by InDesign then exported to Adobe PDF.

    Troubleshooting

Attempted to print to multiple printers from user's computer (multiple brands). Failed. Attempted to print from mine. Failed. Used my current version of Adobe DC Reader (18.009.20050). Failed. Reinstalled my DC (18.011.2003x) to get latest (auto updater would just hang at 0%) and tried again. Successful. Tried with Bluebeam Revu 2016. Successful.

    Current standing

    User…

  17. We created sample PDF file with shared image at page #1, #2 and normal image at page #3 and extracted PS file for the same. while converting the PS to PDF file using Acrobat Disteller 10/11/DC we are able to see the shared images at page #1 and #2 becomes blur in the output PDF file, but while converting the PS to PDF file using Acrobat Disteller 9 we are able to see the shared images looks GOOD in the output PDF file.

Thank you for your bug report.
Unfortunately, we are unable to address this problem in this version of the product, given other high priority issues.
Feel free to reopen a new case if you think that this is critically blocking your functionality.

    Thanks

  19. I am using Acrobat DC. I have set up an action wizard to print all PDF's in a folder. The files in question are colour bank statements. When I run the action wizard in random instances at least 1 pdf in the batch will open but fail to display any of the text. All frames and some header/labels are visible but the contents of the statement is typically not visible. This then gets sent to the printer and before it's finished loading, Adobe closes the file and moves on to the next file in the folder. It's extremely frustrating! I…

  20. When a edited PDF file is printed it produces fined printed dots in the back ground. I scan up paper docs to a PDF file for editing and the pages I edit produce dots in back ground when printed while pages not edited have a normal white clean background on paper when printed. I cant attach a file to show this bec it only appears on hard copy printing.. I have never seen this fault even on editing Microsoft Word docs
