    Why can't I open a zip file in reader?? My PayPal statements are not opening tho I hit extract.. I'm confused.

  5. Printing Letter and Legal Documents

    I am trying to print by pdf size loke you can do on the computer. I only see the option to choose letter or legal. How do I brint documents that include both letter and legal size documents together.

  6. Cancelation refund

    Hi. I canceled my subscription just a few minutes after purchasing it however I have not been issued any refund. Can you please help me with this as I paid for the whole year.

  8. some txt pdf cannot search, comment cannot search

    adobe acrobat reader version: 19.4.0.9813
    Android version: 9
    XiaoMi Cell Phole MIUI OS version: 10.3.1.0(PEBCNXM)

    Question:
    I search key word '1978' '再谈' cannot find anything.
    I do it in another pdf reader（Foxit reader）, it is ok.

    Suggestion:
    1. search result show the context list like Foxit reader.
    2. comments/annotation/bookmark(评论/注释/书签) can search.

  10. Allow management of cloud locations (don't want dropbox showing)

    We would like to be able to remove cloud storage options, e.g. Dropbox, from the dedault list of cloud options. Can't see any way to do that but we don't want staff to think it's ok to set up a personal Dropbox account for work files.

  14. Adobe Reader Android crashes when reopen from Recent App list

    When AR Android is minimized, and I tap to open, AR closes.
    I will open PDF doc in Adobe Reader Android. I will get this PDF by downloading it from a URL in Microsoft Edge Android. After download is complete, AR will auto open and display the PDF.
    After reading, I may open Recent App list to go to another app.
    Next I want to return to AR. I open Recent App list and tap on title bar of AR. But instead of returning to the open PDF, AR disappears as if Force Closed. If I reopen AR again by…

  17. I am really desperate here i cant ope important docs in PDF on my android devices,the files are locked with an update message across them. I

    My PDF'S are seemingly permanently locked with this annoying "UPDATE" message plastered across the documents,and no ability to override to view these importants documents,i have tried the updates and they are apparantly now installed but the files still wont open!!!! My device is Samsung Galaxy android. Can anybody help please????

  18. Why does adobe acrobat automatically create a duplicate after opening a pdf directly fro chrome?

    This duplicate created will still remain even though I have deleted it from storage and from chrome and unable to be found in the phone accept when I open Adobe and under files and in downloads not download.
    I am using a Samsung galaxy note 5.
    And how do I prevent Adobe from automatically opening after downloading pdf from chrome
