ii) Tap on the text field and enter some text.
iii) Tap outside the text field to exit editing mode.
iv) Tap on the same text field again to edit the entered text.
v) Observe the text size change when the field is focused.

Allow highlighter/pen during read aloud
I would like to highlight or use the pen while listening to read aloud.
Currently one must exit read aloud, highlight/draw, then reactivate read aloud, interrupting flow.
This app is incredibly powerful for studying/note-taking for folks with adhd or slow readers. Allowing marks while TTS would be game changing for flow state. That is something i would actually pay for.
If you realize how powerful this app could be as a studying tool (and not just a pdf signer) Adobe reader could corner the note-taking app market.

replace the "Tap to cancel" search feature
When initiating a search, the Android UI opens a modal "Tap to cancel" box.
This is bad UX, because it blocks the search action as soon as the user touches the screen .
E.g when trying to switch to another application!
The search should be paused, and a cancel button should allow the user to stop the search action.
This "Tap to cancel" is irritating.

I've recently updated to the 24.9.2.35569 com.adobe.reader version on my Pixel 6a, now each time I open a PDF the last modified date gets updated. I don't know if this was intended but it is highly annoying, as it completely messes up sorting by date, even if I just open the file, without touching anything.
If this was not intended, please fix it.
