Unable to create new document

Unable to create a new document. Takes me to a premium screen. I just want my Adobe back.

It takes me to a list of already created documents. Got a feeling this company doesn't know what it's doing.

Unable t create a new Adobe PDF from MS Word despite having a Pro DC license - I get the attached error when I try from Adobe.
When I ret form word it tells me my license has expired - which it hasn't?
