Description:
​In the "Fill & Sign" tool, the manual adjustment handle for Comb of characters fields is no longer functional on the Android version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
​When a form contains pre-printed boxes for individual characters, the app correctly identifies the field (showing the "A|b" icon), but the blue resize handle used to adjust the character spacing to match the box does not respond to touch input. This makes it impossible to align text with the physical boxes on the document.
​Steps to Reproduce:
​Open a flat PDF (without interactive fields) in Acrobat Reader for Android.
​Select "Fill & Sign".
​Tap on a section of the document that has a grid/box layout for letters (e.g., an IBAN or Name field).
​Attempt to use the adjustment handle (the blue icon on the right side of the text box) to stretch the text to fit the boxes.
​Expected Result:
​The user should be able to drag the handle to increase or decrease the spacing between characters to align them with the document's background grid.
​Actual Result:
​Dragging results in no change to the text width/spacing.
