For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Issues saving & freezing with free Adobe Acrobat on Windows 11; so, now I'm trying the online version of Adobe, but the editing page is also freezing and crashing.

    Note, multiple workarounds (6+) were attempted with Windows Adobe, to no avail.

    Last update was September 12—new bug introduced with that update?

  2. The crop function for PDFs just shows "loading" and does not ever load so you can actually crop your PDF. I have tried different WiFi networks, etc, to troubleshoot.

  4. the recent changes to Adobe Acrobat app are very unhelpful - editing no longer works as it did - text boxes move around; amended text 'disappears' although it's clearly still there as you can spell checker working. Amending edited text requires closing the PDF down and reopening all the time, or the cursor doesn't go where you need it to - and the editing function 'freezes'. The menu on the left it smaller and less user friendly than before. All in all, the 'upgrade' is shockingly poor and has negatively impacted what was a perfectly great app before the changes.…

  5. How do you stop the contextual tips from coming up every second. It blocks the view. It stops me from editing because it blocks part of the file. I searched for solutions and it seems the entire web is so annoyed some people are removing it through the registry. This problem has been talked about, complained about, and you've lost paying customers over this in the last several years. You can't fix it??!!

  6. Your web/cloud membership is such a scam. I cannot access "Tools" to reduce font size in filling out a PDF??? I also did not at any point realize I was signing up for an annual membership. Total scam.

  8. You coul make the text boxes actually copy and paste, this is supposed to be a premium, industry leading service. PDF is your bread and butter, and editing text is a nightmare

  9. This is one of the worst products I can even conceive of. Starting with when you "save" it "compresses" the file and then you can't edit it anymore? Are you freaking kidding me? If the desktop app worked like this you would get ZERO users. As it is, I will never use your online version again. I wouldn't use the so-called "pro" version for 1 penny/year. $20/month is one of the biggest jokes in the industry. I have seen many people share this frustration, and yet you do nothing about it.   11. The menu in edit mode says 'resize' but there's no resize available only crop. Why is it so difficult to find an editor that will competently resize PDF pages. Your Pro desktop cannot resize some PDF, notably ones sent from the police [various sizes]... very very frustrating. I wonder if Chinese/UK gov software, FOXIT, can do it as proven in v 13 beta? Can North America please try to be a little bit competitive? It doesn't hurt to work hard and take responsibility. You don't even need to be a Republican! Just do it and don't be angry like so…

  12. This application is terrible! It worked great for an hour. Now it won't load my pdfs let alone allow me to edit them. I keep getting a message that the process can't be completed, try back later.

  15. previous versions were more user friendly.
    difficult and time consuming to edit PDF.

    examples.
    Having to restart edit page over and over when attempting to change font size or color.

    highlight won't always work.

    or Doesn't allow me to edit PDF at all.

    Thanks for your question. Fortunately, we already provide edit PDF functionalities in Acrobat web. Please follow below mentioned steps to use it:

    1. Log on to https://acrobat.adobe.com
    2. Open any PDF that you want to edit.
    3. Click Edit on the topbar

    You can perform text and image editing operation in web itself. Please try it out and share your feedback.

  17. This entire thing is useless. What is the actual point of this? I thought I would be able to edit the pdf and cannot. I should be able to edit text and images without needing to use other websites.

  20. the updated version of adobe is absolutely terrible! it is impossible to work with, edit and do all of the things I was able to do before the upgrade. i will have to find another product as this is awful!
