Burning OLED on continuous mode

I use an iPhone X and the Acrobat software need an update to NOT BURN my OLED display.

Here is the problem... I read for hours and hours on the app and, as everybody knows, OLED display will burn if u let it on without using it... on the app if u read on Continuous mode in landscape and on ‘night mode’ u will see 2 gray borders... I have noticed that those borders r starting to burn my OLED display ... I will attach the files but I can’t show the burn on my display because I don’t have any other camera besides my phone ...

    I just checked that I only use continuous mode but the gray border is there on any mode ... if it was just a black background It would be just perfect ... for my eyes and for my display.
