Password protected PDFs not fillable
I have simple form pdfs that are password protected against editing. I can open and fill / sign them in onedrive, but not in adobe reader for ipad / iphone. Is this a bug?

This should go hand in hand with the possibility to comment or draw in PDFs that are protected against further editing. This is possible on a PC, so it feels like a bug, that its not possible on an iPad. Our customers would like to draw and make notes into our protected documents with their iPads.
