    Buenos dias, acabo de subscribirme para pasar de pdf a word. El tema es que la exportacion da fallos por lo que quiero cancelar la subcripcion y nonpagarla este año. Un saludo

    I just paid 32.99/year. Would be nice to do monthly as it says 2.75/month and it wasn’t what I wanted. Can I transfer credit to what I want? Just purchased 3 mins ago.

    Hi,

    To turn a document to PDF, you could use our ‘Create PDF’ feature. You can find it under context board (…) right next to document name, and you can also find it when your document is open. Let me know if you can’t find it.
    Similarly if you open that (…) context board, you will see ‘Share’ button too to share via email.

    I paid the yearly subscription fee and I now tried to chose adobe to create a pdf and it brought me to purchase monthly adobe? Then what am I paying for in my yearly subscription?

  18. Refund

    This app is not what I expected. It is very complicated to share a document/pdf by sharing document it takes you to a screen that ask for an email where you like the doc. sent to and it never reaches its destination. It is complicated and I can’t seem to share a pdf right from my apple account. I want a refund.

  19. Cannot convert pdf. I want to cancel my purchase. It’s useless

    I purchased a pdf converter. All it did was froze my Adobe app is frozen. I want a refund or will dispute the charge on my credit card
