For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. It said error. When I closed it, instead of the save button, it said it failed. As a result, changes can not be saved permanently.

    I wish that you could be able to recover changes when changes fail to save instead of getting the changes deleted.

  5. Send Adobe Sign Template directly from Google Drive

    The ability to select and send an Adobe Sign template from within a Google Drive folder would be helpful. The completed document then saves into the selected folder. This is done with the Egnyte integration.

  7. Cannot add comment to pdf file opened in documentcloud.adobe.com

    For certain PDF files that have security enabled, one can add comments to it using Acrobat DC Windows application, but cannot add comments to the same file open at documentcloud.adobe.com, even though the security settings allows commenting.

  8. misleading application description

    Please inform me what I am getting before I download it. I feel like it was a bait and switch because I downloaded an app that advertised it would allow me to edit a PDF file. It did not, it told me I needed to purchase something else in order to do that. I am very frustrated!

  10. AI popup annoying

    I am really annoyed with how often the AI assistant popups keep happening. I can see the very bright and vivd button and will use it if I want to. Can you please tone it down? I am trying to work and it keeps stealing the cursor. I am annoyed. It is covering the find field I am using, and I am able to do without AI support, thank you.

  12. Unable to save changes to google drive file

    Unable to save changes after trying to organize pages of a google drive file.
    From google drive use open with adobe / organize pages / rotate / save changes stays greyed out and unable to save changes. This used to work

    cant edit a previously saved document. when deleting an input, it does not fully delete. new input is entered over top of old input.

  16. IT DOES NOT WORK ON LAPTOPS WHEN AWAY FROM DESKTOP

    ADOBE IS SO **** HARD TO MAKE IT WORK. HOW HARD IS IT TO HAVE ONE ACCOUNT AND USE IT ACCROSS MY LAPTOP AND DESKTOP. IT DOES NOT WORK WELL, ITS ALL OVER THE PLACE AND I CANNOT FILL IN BASIC CONTRACT OFFER FORMS ON MY LAPTOP. I HATE THIS **** SOFTWARE AND WORSE I AM PAYING FOR IT. IT ONLY WORKS ON MY DESKTOP AND I AM NOT ALWAYS IN FRONT OF JUST ONE COMPUTER, I HAVE TO TRAVEL AND NEED IT TO WORK ON MY LAPTOP. EVEN WHEN I SIGN IN, IT DOES NOTHING.
