Draw toolbar error & comments window
- The drawing options (color and line thickness) should come up while using the drawing pen, not while using the highlight text tool
- A button should be added for the comments window if that is where the drawn shapes will come up and is the only way to delete drawings.

I work in Social Services. I require a signature following each visit with a client; it is not appropriate to save the signature, as only my signature should be saved on my computer. I must have this signature in black ink, and most of my clients do not have computers. My work laptop does not have a "drawing pen." I do not have the option of printing documents when I am in a client's home, and rules state that documents should remain digital.
You should be able to have a client sign off on a document, using their finger or the mouse. It does not matter if it is not a preferred method, when it is the only thing that is available to the end user. This signature cannot not be pink, and extremely thick. However, this is my only option in Acrobat for Google Drive. -

Thank you for your feedback. Can you tell me more what you're trying to achieve? I believe that drawing options do come up when users use drawing pen, unless you're facing some kind of a bug. I'm not clear on your second request.
Discovering critical product improvements is the highest priority for us. We'd be curious to hear more about your use cases and needs. Would you be willing to participate in user research?
We'd be happy to hear from you: https://selfserve.decipherinc.com/survey/selfserve/9d5/g013/200110
