The "new" Acrobat Reader freezes a vertical tool bar in the upper left region. This is an annoying pain in the neck What a bad idea.

The "new" Acrobat Reader freezes a vertical tool bar in the upper left region. This is an annoying pain in the neck What a bad idea. I had to go back to the "old". Please allow the user to put this tool bar wherever they want.

    Hi,

    Thanks for providing the feedback. We call this vertical tool bar as quick tools, also with the latest update you can move this quick tools bar to anywhere in the pdf you like and it would remain persistent for all the pdfs. Please try it out and let us know in case you see any issues in the same. Thanks again for providing valuable input.
