Add preferance setting or option to not show tools or bookmarks by default for all documents
There should be an option to open files/adobe with Tools and Bookmarks NOT enabled. It is very annoying and inefficient to close those 2 windows every time i open Adobe to read a PDF. See pic of how files open by default, not very useful to see the document contents with a smaller window/screen without closing the undesired left/right bars.

Please turn off the tools and bookmarks when opening a document!! Highly inefficient. Below option of "restore last view settings" does not work.

@Tarun Kumar Gupta (Adobe), I have tried this option and it doesn't seem to work even opening the same file repeatedly. Keep in mind I am only viewing (not saving documents via Adobe). Also i always open files from Windows Explorer or other tools, never from Adobe:Open.

Hi,
Thanks for providing the feedback. You can use the Preferences->Documents->Restore last view settings when reopening documents. This way once bookmark panel is closed for the pdf it won't open again, unless you explicitly open it. Also we are working on the adding the preference for remembering the all tools panel state as well, We will notify you as soon as we have a fix scheduled for inclusion in one of our upcoming releases.
Thanks again for providing the feedback.
