App crashes when fetching certificate revocation list

When opening some digitally signed files, adobe attempts to fetch the certificate revocation list which take a long time, this then crashes the app and makes it unusable once loaded, the fix for this is to go to task manager kill adobe and restart, for these specific files though they cannot be opened
I have tried all the fixes in the below link but has not resolved this issue
