After years of avoiding updates because BS like this tends to happen, I updated my OSX, and all of the corresponding adobe software.
I have now wasted hundreds of dollars of expensive art paper, over 16 hours of studio time and will be late delivering a large order to a client.
Looking back, this issue has been in Adobe forums for over a year. It is absolutely unacceptable that this issue persists. I don't know if this is an Adobe or OSX problem, as far as I'm concerned a problem for one is a problem for both. Figure it out. I'm now wasting more time backing up files and reverting back to previous system configurations. I no longer have the material to complete my order by the deadline.
