Glitch to Fix - Template Crash
When I use templates (all not just one), the app frequently goes "dark", and nothing is editable; it leaves that screen and back into a dark version of the template w the pre-filled fields seen (but later I find not saved). . The app crashes and I have to begin again. The point of crash is after all fields have been pre-filled and I am at the "send to Recipients screen". It just crashed when I got to that screen and touched nothing else. More frequently it crashes when I am either changing the Subject of the email OR changing the body of the text of the email, adding to the canned "Please review an sign the document". Very Frustrating. Long term user and love Adobe -- but this instability is a big time-waster for me. Please help. Thank you! Paula Joyner, pjoyner5@comcast.net

I’ve run into similar crashes with other apps, and it’s exhausting when you’re trying to finish something quickly and the whole screen freezes after you’ve already filled every field, especially when you’re juggling work here in the United Kingdom and just need the tools to stay stable. In one of those moments when I had to redo everything from scratch, I stepped away for a breather and ended up opening https://bigbass.uk which helped me reset before diving back into the task. A few quick rounds took the edge off the irritation and made it easier to return without feeling completely drained. That small break kept me from losing even more time to frustration, even though the glitch still needs fixing.
