  1. ease of use

    I used to have an icon that allowed me to save to the proper folder. Now i have to download to the download folder, open the file and save to my computer. why did you drop that save icon. or I could print it but then i lose the invoice detail and other information and have to re-type, you've added at least 3 min to every transaction.

    Dear Supoport!

    I do not understand if I logged in my profile and I have set fix to width, why does open again full page, why does not save my settings?

  8. Text to Speech broken

    Text to speech feature keeps randomly stopping midway through passages in browser & on the adobe acrobat through creative cloud it only give me 3 voice options all of which are dreadfully painful to listen to. It wont even use the actual default voices from windows that my system is using. Please fix the accessibility features; those are a better ******* use of machine learning than any of the other **** its being used for.

  9. Intolerable Web Version of the Software

    This online version is seriously terrible. Text not deleting after I click delete, pasting words and they don't show up on the page, not easy to use at all. You guys need to make some updates.

  11. texts disappear when save

    when I type in Sinhala and save the file, and I open it again, all the text fields are gone. Please fix this ASAP. It works perfectly fine with English texts btw

  12. AI Assistant is so annoying

    Please stop giving me the annoying AI assistant pop-up every time I have to CNTRL+F. Considering using a different app solely because of this issue.

  13. AI should be included in $65/month cc cost

    I pay $65/month for CC. If you can't figure out how to throw in 'ask AI' at that price point, you should at least let me permanently turn off the 'ask ai' prompt.

  18. how in the world do you delete layers

    I cannot figure out how to remove layers. its really frustrating because the only reason I go this account was to remove layers. Nothing I've looked into has helped and I've gone to the help page, downloaded other apps and I still cannot even view layers.
