  1. Saving a file

    there used to be an icon that looked like a disc to click to save the doc where I wanted. Now I can't find any was to save it.

  4. Improvements needed

    This system SUCKS!!! Everytime I save it saves something different than what I edited. Saving is hit or miss. The whole thing acts like it has some kind of lag.

  5. A complete disaster

    When I use the Chrome Adobe Reader pdf extension, I can't select the text and run it with the Google Translate and search extension. What do you expect me to do? What do you suggest? How do you expect me to read the Russian, English, French, German texts that I use for academic studies? There is even a translation feature in YouTube comments. Where in the world do Adobe engineers live? Do Adobe managers read their documents with different applications? How can you be so behind the times when you charge so much money?   14. Application Crash in Adobe Reader 24.002.21005

    After installing Adobe Reader update 24.002.21005, an access violation occurs after opening a PDF file through the web browser for the first time. This seems to occur if a user has not previously used the software, so the HKEYCURRENTUSER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\AV2FTESection key does not exist. After clicking through the error message, this key gets created and the problem does not reappear.

    Examples of the error that gets displayed to users and the corresponding entry in the Windows event log are attached.

  16. Direct page access in URL for PDF doesn't work

    When a page number is added to a PDF link, this works if the Acrobat extension isn't installed, but (somewhat ironically) fails when it is - eg https://www.boundarycommission.org.uk/files/boundarycommission/2023-07/Final%20Recommendations%20Report%20of%20the%202023%20Review%20of%20Parliamentary%20Constituencies.PDF#page=132

    When you open a PDF in a web browser supported by the Adobe extension, the result is far too busy. I am not interested in any of the dozens of tools shown. I just want to read the document (scroll to end), save to disk, perhaps print, perhaps open the document in Adobe Acrobat Pro, and nothing else. Can you please simplify the user interface in a web browser to just those commands and nothing else?

  20. Printing is more complicated for no reason

    I preferred that when I choose to print the document that adobe automatically opens the print screen. Now I have to click multiple times to print.
