  2. Not reading columns properly

    The feature for reading text out loud does not seem to read columned text correctly. Instead of reading all the way down the first column then reading the next column. it reads the text from the first column then jumps to the text at the same height in the next column and continues reading. attached is the text I was having read.

  6. Suggestions for text selection, highlight auto-annotations, and dark mode

    1. Double-clicking a word will not select the word in most cases, but will select the entire line of text or a few words nearby.
    2. In most cases, I only need to highlight the text, and I don't need to annotate the highlighted text. It is recommended to disable automatic annotation, or provide users with the option to set whether or not to auto-annotate like Acrobat on the desktop.
    3. PDFs in dark mode are still black on the white background, which is too dazzling, not as good as the dark mode of the edge native pdf plugin.

    I have no problems with this document or the site. However, My Los Alamos Address should be corrected: 505 Oppenheimer Drive, Unit #513 = NOT #5135 - leave the 5 off. Thanks

  8. Blah! Welcome, links, movement

    I am not enjoying the changes. I dislike the 'Welcome To Acrobat' bar on the side and do not want to close it EVERY time I open some PDF. Also, the links are all messed up and worthless now...I cannot copy the link and hyperlink it in a document. Feels like a giant step backwards. Maybe there are things I don't understand. Also, it takes its time moving from page to page and increasing/decreasing view size. :(

  9. find

    When you are already using find-in-page (so the cursor is in the typing box) and you hit command-F again, it should automatically select-all what you have been searching for. This is default behavior in Chrome and many other programs and it is a nice little time saver.

  11. How can I eliminate the "welcome to Acrobat" stuff every time I open the program?

    Make it possible to turn off the "welcome to Acrobat" opening page. I don't need that after the first time.

  17. Adobe cloud PDF viewer

    PDF files are not showing full functionality. using Windows 11. Buttons do not display, and placemarker for button when depressed does not display charets as it is supposed to do. Hyperlinks do not work that are supposed to move charts from one month to three to six, etc. These features work under Adobe Acrobat Reader and Editor v. 9.0. I am using the online version, which had t be set up by Microsoft. My version 9.0 will not work under Windows 10 or 11. The current Adobe version is an inferior product compared to v. 9.0 editor.
