  1. all extension URLs

    have a button or menu option to copy the URL for the document that is useable by those who don't have the extension. Right now, you have to copy and paste part of the URL starting with the https:// rather than just clicking on the whole URL

  2. Print button does not work

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -

    • Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
    • Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.

    Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved.

  3. Stop Prompting to Login and for Feedback

    Stop asking me to login every time I open Acrobat and stop asking me to give feedback. EVERY SINGLE COMPANY DOES THIS. YOU ALL NEED TO BACK THE ********!!!

  6. i don't like it

    add-in takes up too much screen real-estate. Needs to have a "minimal" mode, or ability to turn off toolbars, etc. I'm reading a pdf in a browser - I am NOT trying to mark up, edit, etc. I don't need all these tools/icons

  7. I can't save gmail downloads to computer because Adobe grabbed it.

    Why does this save things to Adobe when I want to save it to my computer? Not Adobe.
    There is no way to save to documents or downloads for some reason. I should be able to save my stuff where I want to save it.

  8. Zoom feature dose not work with mouse buttons

    I have my mouse buttons set up for zoom in and out which is helpful for reading different size text. This feature dose not work with this product can you resolve it?

  9. Need simple way to change font size or text box height

    I couldn't even fill out the form correctly because the font is too large to fit in the prescribed text boxes.

    Is there a way to change the size of the font, or the size of the text boxes?

  10. Zoom

    Should have feature to load any pdf/page at a set zoom percentage. How I have my zoom percentage set at 110% for any webpage to load in chrome browser.

  11. Old simple view was better, less obtrusive

    simple view was better, I rarely comment on a document using the browser but rather on the desktop app
    also, I cannot copy and paste extended URL without the acrobat app extension

    The extension opens at 25% magnification, so I can't reduce the size of the PDF page, which is too large...

    I read a lot of empirical articles & I don't know the definition of every word. The app happens to have an option for that, but the extension does not.

  16. Issue with opening a PDF that has changed

    There seems to be a glitch. When you open a PDF from the same website, same link but it has since been updated - it doesn't pull the latest file from the website; shows an older version. Adobe acrobat reader should pull a fresh copy from the website server every time rather than use a cached version.

  18. I want late fee of $5.00 late fee waived because my bank account ending in 246 had to be closed because of fraud.

    Much slower than the native browser. Most of the time I don't need to edit so don't really even need to use the Acrobat extension. However, I got tired of it continually popping up and prompting me to make it the default. May well switch back (until I get tired of the pop-ups again).
