Since this change which, was a surprise to me when it happened, I noticed that it is one more step in loading which takes a little longer.

Can't copy simple text from a PDF
Copying the SIMPLIEST text from a PDF is a nightmare -- shows up as gobbledygook with spaces removed etc.

Multi-page forms glitching in Chrome Extension
Multi-page forms don't work using the Adobe extension for chrome. Once you go beyond the first page, the form fields are no longer positioned correctly. The same pdf form looks correct when I open it directly in Chrome (and other browsers, specifically Edge and Firefox) without the extension and even in my Desktop Adobe.

In the new version each document I open in Chrome opens at the full width of my screen. I shrink each time but my preference does not hold for the next doc I open.

Ineffective tool icon placement
The document print button needs to be the first icon in the ribbon, or allow it to be customizable for users to move - this popup appears when I print from E-Ship Global and it is redundant that I cannot just simply see the print icon all the time regardless of how big or small I have resized my window.

Any and all
My options for where I wanted the file I just opened was: Cloud or Computer. No place to select the directory on my computer. On save, it always sends to Downloads (Windows machine). I always store key files elsewhere than Downloads. So I'm now forced to leave the app to put the files (I needed several) over to the place I need it to be for storage. Why in the name of all this is holy is there not an ability to choose what directory I want it to go to? What thinking was behind that? I am going to…

I'm facing the issue with all PDFs, I'm working with.
Please bring everything back, as it was - please remove the extension! This extension is rather useless and annoying. It interferes with my work. It takes me twice longer to do my job. As I'm loading URLs of PDFs all the time.5 votes -
PDF Chrome Text Stacking
I don't know why but these PDFs always stack the text like this when viewing in Chrome. It only happens on these particular downloads which are Resident Ledgers from our software system. When I open them in the desktop software everything looks normal. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Top bar taking too much screen space
the height of the top bar (containing file name, tools button, print button etc) is a bit too much and is taking a lot of screen space. it should be minimized so as to leave more room for actual document on screen.

Every time I open anything in your browser add-in I get asked if I want a tour of it.
Every time I open anything in your browser add-in I get asked if I want a tour of it, or to convert some other document, etc.
Please make it so that it just opens my document so that I can read it and don't have to spend a few minutes closing dialogues every single time.5 votes -
all extension URLs
have a button or menu option to copy the URL for the document that is useable by those who don't have the extension. Right now, you have to copy and paste part of the URL starting with the https:// rather than just clicking on the whole URL

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -
- Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
- Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.
Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved.
