1. Add the 'Take a Snapshot' tool

   Looks like the 'Take a Snapshot' tool in full Adobe PDF is not available in Chrome add-in. This is the most common thing I use, so I basically don't use the Chrome add-in except to read a PDF.

6. Page down functionality

   "Page down" should move the document one screen (which is the standard for every other PDF reader), not skip to the next page (often skipping over large blocks of text where less than one page is visible on screen). The way it is now makes it much more jarring to read long documents.

7. Why was I forced to download the extension?

   It's not really an issue. I was forced to download the extension in order to download something and the extension itself is just annoying.

8. slow loading

   there is a lag when scrolling through large docs, it shows blank pages until the images comes up it takes a few seconds. it's not very efficient when you are reviewing docs with another person live and you need to wait for the image to appear as you are not sure of the content until it shows up. i haven't had that issue with previous versions of the extension, don't know why it's happening right now, appears like some kind of buffering. i find it very annoying as it makes you look unprofessional

13. PDF Portfolio not able to open in modern browsers

    Cannot open PDF Portfolio's in Chrome or Edge through Sharepoint, even with Adobe Acrobat add-in enabled... Works fine in IE. I have Adobe Acrobat DC license....

16. Upgrade is a step backward

    I have my PC in dark mode, browser and all
    Acrobat does not support dark mode, make it very unfriendly to certain users

    2020 every single app supports dark mode
