    annoying that chrome extension adds a bunch of characters to the left of the source URL - please fix or offer the option to display without that noise

  2. TIME WASTING IOPEN IN APP BOX

    WHAT IS THE SETTING I CAN CHANGE SO I DON'T HAVE TO "OPEN IN DESKTOP APP" ?? THIS NEW SETTING, DEFAULT IS A **** NUISANCE AND TIME WASTER!

    I'm facing the issue with all PDFs, I'm working with.
    Please bring everything back, as it was - please remove the extension! This extension is rather useless and annoying. It interferes with my work. It takes me twice longer to do my job. As I'm loading URLs of PDFs all the time.

  6. Every time I open anything in your browser add-in I get asked if I want a tour of it.

    Every time I open anything in your browser add-in I get asked if I want a tour of it, or to convert some other document, etc.

    Please make it so that it just opens my document so that I can read it and don't have to spend a few minutes closing dialogues every single time.

  7. all extension URLs

    have a button or menu option to copy the URL for the document that is useable by those who don't have the extension. Right now, you have to copy and paste part of the URL starting with the https:// rather than just clicking on the whole URL

  8. Chrome Extension is Useless

    STOP OPENING FILES IN THE CHROME EXTENSION!!!! For some reason, the Chrome Adobe extension is NOT as up to date as the desktop application I have access to; when I open files in the desktop application, they actually open, but when I open the same files in the Chrome extension half the pages have a "please wait" message that never goes away. If the files would simply open in the desktop application there would be no difficulty, at all. The Chrome extension SUCKS.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -

    • Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
    • Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.

    Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved.

  10. Stop Prompting to Login and for Feedback

    Stop asking me to login every time I open Acrobat and stop asking me to give feedback. EVERY SINGLE COMPANY DOES THIS. YOU ALL NEED TO BACK THE ********!!!

  13. i don't like it

    add-in takes up too much screen real-estate. Needs to have a "minimal" mode, or ability to turn off toolbars, etc. I'm reading a pdf in a browser - I am NOT trying to mark up, edit, etc. I don't need all these tools/icons

  14. I can't save gmail downloads to computer because Adobe grabbed it.

    Why does this save things to Adobe when I want to save it to my computer? Not Adobe.
    There is no way to save to documents or downloads for some reason. I should be able to save my stuff where I want to save it.

  15. Zoom feature dose not work with mouse buttons

    I have my mouse buttons set up for zoom in and out which is helpful for reading different size text. This feature dose not work with this product can you resolve it?

  16. Need simple way to change font size or text box height

    I couldn't even fill out the form correctly because the font is too large to fit in the prescribed text boxes.

    Is there a way to change the size of the font, or the size of the text boxes?

  18. Zoom

    Should have feature to load any pdf/page at a set zoom percentage. How I have my zoom percentage set at 110% for any webpage to load in chrome browser.

  19. Old simple view was better, less obtrusive

    simple view was better, I rarely comment on a document using the browser but rather on the desktop app
    also, I cannot copy and paste extended URL without the acrobat app extension
