  1. Unable to Convert Large ChatGPT Threads to PDF With Adobe Acrobat

    Hello Adobe Support,

    I am contacting you because I am having an ongoing issue using Adobe Acrobat to convert large webpages into PDF files, specifically long ChatGPT conversation threads.

    One of the main reasons I purchased Adobe Acrobat was to reliably save important webpages and long chat records as complete PDFs. However, when the webpage is large, Acrobat is not able to complete the PDF conversion properly. The conversion either fails, cuts off content, or does not capture the full thread.

    This is very frustrating because the exact issue I am trying to resolve requires preserving large ChatGPT chat threads…

  2. Adobe is a **** product when you save work and reload hours later all of the work is gone.

    By ensuring that my completed work doesn't get deleted as I tried to save it. **** product, and of course there is no way of restoring it.

  5. AI Pop-Up Bar is a Nuisance

    The AI assistant pop-up bar is very annoying. It feels more spammy than helpful because it's a constant pop up if you're opening numerous files. Having the AI bar as a setting that can toggle off the display or have the bar selectable to display instead of defaulted to display would be really helpful.

  6. Report unprintable

    Your "gift" of Talk their Type was useless because it was so large it would only print part of the page, and that in huge letters. My settings were fine on everything else. very disappointed.

    I will not use the AI features. The popups are annoying and make the user interface 100000000000000x worse. Get rid of it.

  9. Strg + C deaktiviert -> unbrauchbar

    Welchem Mensch ist die Idee gekommen, dass es sinvoll wäre die Tastenkombination Strg + c zu deaktivieren und stattdessen ein Popup-Menü zu öffnen, wenn ich Text markiere?!
    Das komplette Addon ist durch diese "Verbesserung" für mich jetzt unbrauchbar.

  12. GET SMART! The URL contains my personal & confidential info

    When I download a pdf from my bank/attorney/state/gov I can no longer see the PDF in the MS 365 HOME VERSION WIN 11 in the preview pane of WINDOWS EXPLORER. It is exasperating & time consuming to have to open each PDF. Don't need a multi tools, do like simple tools like checkmark, highlighting, comments. Dislike that I can't control the popups. Each Highlight, checkmark etc. does not require a comment. I cnanot upload files bc PDF's downloaded contain sensitive information.

  17. Too slow

    I have used Acrobat in Edge and Chrome, with multiple documents. It is always slow. It takes a significant chunk of time just to print from this acrobat. I usually skip using it if I can because it doesn't load right.

  20. Zoom and other functions are made difficult for no reason. I dislike the entirety of this version of acrobat.

    Why is it so difficult? basic functions are hard to find, harder to use. Any time it opens in the browser i immediately close it and reopen in another program. This is only good for a quick skim read of a document.
