  5. Too slow

    I have used Acrobat in Edge and Chrome, with multiple documents. It is always slow. It takes a significant chunk of time just to print from this acrobat. I usually skip using it if I can because it doesn't load right.

  7. The Chrome extension and windows client are SOOOOO slow and memory intensive, it's almost useless.

  8. Zoom and other functions are made difficult for no reason. I dislike the entirety of this version of acrobat.

    Why is it so difficult? basic functions are hard to find, harder to use. Any time it opens in the browser i immediately close it and reopen in another program. This is only good for a quick skim read of a document.

    Please go back to allowing users to be able to simply open a file as a pdf document. It is now unnecessarily complicated and an unwelcome and slowing process.

  15. Awful cloud-based uselessness.

    This cloud-based platform is TERRIBLE!!!! It takes about 25 unnecessary steps to combine and save a PDF. Ridiculous.

    Your AI assistant refused to summarise the article and answer my questions because 'Some content in the document, question, and/or answer violates the User Guidelines.' Utterly ridiculous. This article (and the research I'm working on) area about studying antisemitism - in order to combat it.

  20. AI Assistant pop up blocks search bar every day

    The AI Assistant always has a pop up that blocks my search bar. Every single time. I can't get around it. It make Adobe less productive.
