  1. Not Efficient

    I have several issues with the program in it's current state. 1) Even though I ask to stay logged into my account, it make me sign in just about every time I use it. 2) As of this week, each time that I download an attachment from my browser, it opens up in another window. 3) I'm not interested in AI features and want an option to opt out entirely to avoid seeing all of the pop ups. 4) I use the PREPARE A FORM feature all the time and it seems like it is constantly changing, which creates a…

  5. Der Chat wird nicht vollständig widergegeben.

    Es sind nur die ersten 3 Seiten des Chats ausgegeben, alle anderen Seiten sind leer ~ außer meinen Chat-Eingaben dazwischen. Damit ist die PDF-Erstellung irgendwie nutzlos...

    it was very annoying that when i ran out of credits that wasn't obvious, i tried to restart the chat and lost all my history. pointless

  15. Program providing inaccurate information on PURPOSE!

    The program is purposely giving me inaccurate information because I questioned its ability to provide accurate information. I am paying for this service, and at this point, I would think you guys have the bugs figured out. If this is a joke, then don't worry. I have been speaking highly of this program and how it can help students, but if this is going to give false information... then what? I do not have time to keep doing this!

  16. AI assistant error

    Ai assistant appears to be broken within the chrome browser extension. Will not accept any prompt. Interface seems totally broken. No error codes are thrown.

    When you load a document I try the following:

    1) Press one of the prompts that come up automatically

    2) The chat box area appears to accept the prompt, however no text is added to the question area.

    3) It resets back to the panel when you first press "Ask AI assistant"

    4) Will not accept any prompts or inputs on the Ai panel after this
