Sorry for the trouble. We need some more details to look into this issue. Could you please share your exact workflow? If possible, please post a screenshot of the Print screen you are seeing?

    Me as well.. if you want to print or save an online bill from BellMTS or other major sites, you have no option but to apply for your software! There is not an option given and your program does not support to print or save to where we want it to go! NO CHOICE!!! FORCED ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR PRODUCT that we have to pay to use! UNFAIR!! and then it will not work anyway~ !!!!!
