    Thanks for highlighting the experience issue while using library documents. We have rolled out a fix today that should let you pick from Library Documents soon after you click on "Request Signatures".

    Hi,

    Sorry for the problem you faced with sending templates. We have rolled out a fix today such that clicking on "Request Signatures" will now let you add templates on the next screen. Please try it out and let us know.

    For combining PDFs, you can use the "Combine PDF" tool in the Quick Start menu. Note that only 12 files can be combined in one go.

    Hi all,

    Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

    Hi,

    Tools Pane behavior in latest Acrobat Pro DC is sticky and it stays collapsed unless you re-open it explicitly. Could you please open Acrobat and visit Help -> Check for Updates to update to the latest version. Let us know if you still face any issue.

    Try opening the PDF in Adobe Reader and press Ctrl+Shift+Y and then Ctrl+Shift+V.

    Acrobat Pro DC right hand tools pane behavior is sticky. If you collapse it once, it stays collapsed unless you open it.

    Could you please share if you are seeing a different behavior?
