My other computer experienced problems and my mother board was fried. I have been working now for over a month with old inferior equipment. I am now trying to set-up the new desktop I have so I can do some tax returns and get paid. My billing date isn't until the 1st and the program isn't letting me setup saying there is a billing issue. I need to get the program on this new desktop so I can get paid. How do I resolve this? Been trying to do this all month from my old slow computer.
