Why cant I save PDF

I cannot save to my system - claims no permission - what is my monthly payment entitled to?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

    Hi Christine,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. Apologies for the inconvenience faced by you. Could you please provide more details about the issue you're experiencing? Your insights will help us better understand the problem and assist you more effectively.

    If the user doesn't have permission to save the file in a particular folder then the "Unable to save" message is displayed. The same message is displayed if you are trying to save a file with a name that is already present in the folder and cannot be deleted. Requesting you to try to save in a different folder and let us know if the problem persists.
