2. File conversion

   I started in the morning around 9:30am to convert a PDF to a Microsoft Word document. It is now 8:45 pm and the file conversion is not complete. I have tried to stop the program without any success. I am seriously frustrated.
   I started my subscription yesterday. I want to cancel it now, if I can't even convert single file.

5. Note of Great Disappointment

    WHEN are you going to fix the egregious BUG in Acrobat where the only way to scroll around a large 36x40 inch pdf is to use the dang hand tool????????!!!!!!!!!     It would be great if we could set a default view (e.g., fit one page; fit to width). Sometime documents come in larger formats that require either zooming our or manually fitting them to one page so we can see everything at one time.
