  1. BAD product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I use two laptops. One for editing and one for using the document I have edited on a 2 in 1 laptop. All the tools I use on my editing laptop are working fine. If I TRY to use the same web page on my 2 in 1 laptop, they are NOT there. WHY!?

  8. too hard to share documents and make changes as a word document

    The document experience is challenging to share with others and does not integrate with microsoft word readily. If you made your product more user friendly more people would use it.

  9. Doesn't Load

    It's more of a complaint. The actual document never opens automatically. I always have to reload the page to see the document, and it is very slow even then. It is not specific to any URL.

  13. Clunky and slow for marking up docs

    I am finding Adobe Pro rather clunky when trying to use it to review and mark up PDF's. Just highlighting a sentence and then moving to the next one seems to cause a jump in the page position, resulting in disorientation that is annoying and time consuming. The mechanisms behind the scenes seem slow and clunky. I have had better experiences with apps on my phone than this. It is disappointing as I asked for Adobe Pro from my work because I thought it would be better than the built-in PDF tools available with SharePoint and Microsoft, but it really…

  17. Disappointed customer

    I am extremely disappointed with this software. As a loyal customer of 15 years, I have never felt so let down. I reached out for assistance, waited over 15 minutes, and still received no help. Additionally, what happened to the ability to insert a watermark? If this feature is no longer available, I see no reason to continue using Adobe. there is no need for me to patronize adobe

  18. Save the last save location as the next default

    Please make it possible to keep a previous save location. It is so irritating to have to re-drill down to a save location when you have multiple files to save or if you always save to a particular location.

  20. Improve Read aloud

    So far everything is good, It will be great if you can improve aloud reading and integrate it with Ai assistant. There is a new generation of clients that doesnt read. They prefer that someone reads for them while they are trying to read. It brings a feeling of comfort. You can ask microsoft with Readaloud, so far they have the best voices for their PDF app. As for Ai assitant to readaloud, take a look at Gemini pro from Google. Thanks Adobe team
