  4. Consistent overcharing to customer

    Can you tell me how I can lower my monthly costs with your system.
    It is ridicuously expensive to be paying you $24 /month for paper.
    I would never recommend your printer because of this.

  8. Any PDF anywhere that I want to save.

    Save as needs to honor the Edge settings so it saves in the last folder used. Not Downloads. Downloads is a folder for children who don't know how to manage files. When saving multiple files in succession, it is very frustrating to have to keep navigating to the same place.

    Stop interrupting my use of Acrobat with "useful" tips, product upsells, and asks for feedback.

    I bought your product, I use it, if I don't like it I'll stop using it. That's my business and I don't owe you feedback just because I bought the product. Hire your own "user groups" for feedback and stop interrupting my productivity. If I have questions about the product I'll use the help tools, I don't need to be distracted with what you deem are "useful" tips.

    And why do you say "if possible please provide the URL where you are facing the issue"…

  11. search doesn't work in online acrobat version

    searching in Arabic in the browser version does not work correctly. It doesn't get results when searching online, but when opening the pdf in desktop it works.

  13. Give me the option to have it open in the full program rather than the anemic extension.

    Give me the option (preferably default) to have it open in the full program rather than the anemic extension. It's ok to see in a browser (Chrome or Edge), but if I want to open it, give that option w/o navigating to a folder, etc.

  15. Allow change to default font. Forcing the use of APTOS on machines that do not have it native on their local machines causes bad times.

    Give users to option to download/install the font and enable it on local machines.

  18. Chrome extention takes too long

    Yes could you please Disable the welcome to Acrobat side bar? it takes too long to load, and the document won't load until the side bar has loaded. then it errors out and we goes to a classic adobe viewer.
