    Hello, You can download a signed copy of agreement from Manage page. Here's a helpx page you may want to refer to. https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/how-to-download-signed-documents---adobe-sign.html

    Here's some additional. documentation to help you get to Adobe Sign Manage Page from the Home Page.

    In the Home > Sign > All Agreements, click Open Adobe Sign
    The Adobe Sign Manage page is displayed in a new browser window. Here you can look up your agreements and when you click on an agreement, Download PDF option is available to download a signed copy of agreement.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reporting your idea. There's a feature where recipients have the flexibility to sign an agreement in any order.
    "Complete in any order" option can be selected from the Send screen where you enter the recipient information.

    Hello Neil,

    Thanks for your suggestion on renaming the Submit button. I've relayed your request to our Product team and they will look into it.

    Regarding the pop up blocking the Sign document button, could you please provide more information? Is this specific to this customer who had pop up enabled in their browser?

    - Attach the Audit Report to documents downloaded from the Manage page
    - Attach the Audit Report to the Signed and Filed email

    Steps you are doing to access templates would be really helpful. Can you please confirm these are the steps you are doing:
    1. Go to Home Page
    2. Click Send from Library and trying to access the templates you created.

    Can you go to Manage page to see if the templates show up there? That'll help us ensure templates got saved.

    Hi Think Water Perth,

    Thank you for your valuable feedback. We will look into this feature request and see what we can do on our end. Stay tuned for more information.

    I gathered some information and it appears we've streamlined the workflow in our most recent release in July 2020. In the post send page which appears once you send a document, you can click send another agreement that'll not take you to the home page.
    Instead it takes you to the page where you can enter signer information and upload documents.

    Hopefully this simplifies the process for you. Please reach out to us for any further questions.
