Unable to attach audit report to fill and sign docs

I have been trying to attach the audit report to documents returned by Fill and Sign. The instructions provided in help function are unclear. I tried the chat function to get clarification on some of the instructions, the response is infuriatingly slow and the responder/robot does not appear to be able to follow the conversation, and answer questions about information that it sent me in links.

    Hi Penny,

    Sorry you are having issues attaching audit report to documents. Could you please point me to the help document you are using?

    Please check sections
    - Attach the Audit Report to documents downloaded from the Manage page
    - Attach the Audit Report to the Signed and Filed email
