An error occurred while saving the comment LRS commentedAgreed, I don't understand how to "fix" this manually. Anyway Adobe can write this into a new Acrobat for desktop upgrade?
I'm a graphic designer, not an IT or Programmer. In the meantime, possibly a video of how to do this would help.
I got as far as:
Apple Menu holding down the option key select
Go to Library (library is only available when you hold down the option key)
Select the Preferences folder
I found the com.adobe.Acrobat.Pro.plist but I can't open it.I cannot find DC AVGeneral & create plist key -> HonorSystemScrollerPref
I know what the Terminal is (though I've often have not had luck using it.
No, I don't have IT support because the company I work for is MSO Windows based and does not support Mac OS.

An error occurred while saving the comment LRS commentedPlease! The app crashes, I restart and I get those annoying "hints" all over again. I'm having stability issues as it is. We should be able to turn on/off the blue rich tooltips just as we can the hover-over tooltips under General Preferences

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us. I have raised the issue with the engineering team. We have kept it our radar and will be fixing it in the near future.Meanwhile I would suggest you to use Reading Order tool to mark the Figure as Artifact for fixing the issue.
Please update to the latest version of Acrobat Pro DC to experience new features.
Thanks
RachitAn error occurred while saving the comment LRS commentedThe reading order panel doesn't work. It looks right but it's not when you "read" through it. I found from page 10 of this document https://www.hhs.gov/sites/default/files/pdf-tagging.pdf
after searching online and finding this in Adobe's forum:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/quot-reading-order-quot-is-not-working/td-p/10464664?page=1You have to go into the tags tree to find and see the item is out of order then move it with in there. I spent days trying to figure out why my images [10], [11], [12] were being read in between my [9] box of text.
An error occurred while saving the comment LRS commentedUsing a Mac, the Fix and other dialog boxes don't even open to make changes. I didn't even know they existed until I found a video. The reader is reading my map artwork, overriding my alt text and object custom text.
Accessibility tools remain a nightmare

An error occurred while saving the comment LRS commentedHow's about making it pop out and float so you can expand to another window and actually see the thread. Make it more like a developer screen.

Hi,
Since I haven’t heard from you, I believe the issue is resolved on your side.
Feel free to contact us incase you have any concerns. Thanks
RachitAn error occurred while saving the comment LRS commentedTag Tree needs WYSIWYG interface (actual contents text, Image with tagged descriptions on top instead of digging so far down. Trying to find the content to fix it is so difficult when it's buried. Some of the tree boxes don't indicate whether its an image and what it is (when tagged)
Couldn't items in the tree have different icons depicting other content such as image (square or camera), table (simple grid). We all know what <h>, <p> are but we haven't a clue as to "what's in the box Carol Merrill has" (Let's Make a Deal show @ 1970's)
This attached example my entire document is listed under "Art". I actually has a whole lot of text in it. There's a tag that's titled <Span> with a blank box, no hint telling me what it is. In this case, on a PC, it's not highlighting when I click it. Read out loud order is now correct even though it appears to be nested with the a different page panel
Selecting and finding content on a PC uses magenta which is easier to see what's selected. It's light blue on a Mac making it almost impossible to see.
