Hi Stephanie,
Could you please provide below information to help us understand the issue better:-
- What is the version of Acrobat that you're using?
- Is there any firewall or network limitation in the system that is restricting Acrobat from accessing internet? I'm asking this because i can see that you're working on Acrobat but you're not showing as signed in.
- Is this happening with all the files or a single file?
- How many users are impacted with this issue?
- What happens if you clear the server profile and clear the credentials from Tracker PreferencesAlso, could you provide us with network logs(using fiddler) and a short video recording depicting the whole workflow.
Thanks,
Prashant -

Hi Sara,
The document could be certified by invisible signature that is why it is not visible to you. You can check whether a document has been really signed or not in the Signature panel. Signature panel also contain the information about the type of Signature that has been applied on the document i.e whether it is a visible signature or invisible signature and what are the actions that are permitted after the signature has been applied.
Hi Shauna,
From what i understand, you want to highlight probably a word or line but it actually selects a large chunk of data?
it would be better if you can share a small video of your workflow for us to understand.
Thanks,
Prashant.
