Sorry for the inconvenience that you are facing with acrobat.
If you want to view the thumbnails on a specific PDF, you can always Expand the left hand panel and click on the Page thumbnails icon and that will open the thumbnails panel for that pdf for youWith Acrobat Continuous Build, we support keeping any Navigation pane pinned, i.e. to open by default for all the documents in the LHP.
This is how you can try this out:1) Launch any PDF and Expand the Panel that you want the acrobat to open by default for every document(For Ex. Page Thumbnails)
2) Right click on the LHP Navigation strip , Select the option from the context menu “Pin Page thumbnails” .
3) now try out by launching any other pdf -> You will observe that the Page thumbnails panel would appear expanded by default on launch(If document does not have any other document specific preference )Refer here for more info on this helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/whats-new.html -> “Retain the last LHP state across Acrobat launches”

Thanks for Using Adobe Acrobat. If you want your specific tools to appear always on your Toolbar , you can always add them to the Top Toolbar using the "Customize Quick Tools menu" .
Please have a look at this article https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/workspace-basics.html and refer to "Toolbars" section and view "Quick Tools" options.Let me know if that resolves your concern .?

Sorry for the issue that you are facing.
I would like to let you know that you can always add your Quickly used tools to the Acrobat top toolbar using the customize quick tools options.here is how you can do it
1) Launch any pdf
2) Right click on the top toolbar(where few tools are already there) and select "Customize quick tools" from the context menu
3) add the tools/apps that you readily use in acrobat to the top toolbar and saveThese tools will now be availble to you on every document launch.

As Daniel Suggested, you can customize you Top Toolbar with the Actual Size Option to do that work for you.

Thanks for Reaching out to us for your Queries.
I would like to inform you that you can still Drag and drop pages from one window to another window in Acrobat DC.
Just Expand the Left hand panel of the pdf, open the Page Thumbnail Panel and Drag and drop it to the page thumbnail panel in the second window and it will work.Let me know if that doesnt work for you ?

In Acrobat :
1) Launch any PDF and collapse the RHP using the vertical collapse strip(with small triangle icon)
2) Close acrobat and relaunch any file ---> RHP will appear collapse for every further sessionPlease Check for the Latest Available Updates of Acrobat DC using Help -> Check for Updates.

Could you please try another way to hide the Floating HUD page controls. do this
1) Launch any PDF (and observe that floating HUD page controls is visible)
2) Go to View- > Show Hide -> Page Controls -> "Hide Page Controls" and select itthis should fix the thing for you.

Thanks for Using Adobe Acrobat. If you are talking about the Rectangular Black Toolbar(Heads-up Display (HUD) ) that comes up on hovering at the bottom of the pdf, then i would like to let you know that it can be docked in
the Top toolbar using the last option available on that which reads, "Move Page controls into Toolbar".
Just click on that icon and the Floating HUD will not appear for you when you are working on your document.Let me know if that fixes your concerns.

1) Regarding exporting your created custom tools, did you try the drop down icon available for that custom tool which has further more options like Open, Remove Shortcut, Edit,Rename, Export, Delete ??

Thanks for reaching out to us for your queries.
1) Regarding Sharing your Custom Tools, that feature is already implemented in acrobat. You just have to right click on your custom tool (from the RHP list) , or select the drop down icon from the tools center for your custom tool and select "Export" and save your custom tool onto some location.
In the similar way, on selecting "Import" from the menu options, and selecting any exported custom tool will do the charm for you.2) your second ask, i.e. to sync the created custom tool across different machines on which you have logged in with the same userID, that is also working. Requesting you to kindly check into the Tools center and you will be able to get your custom tool there.
3) For Custom tool to appear at the top of your Favoruite tools list (In the RHP) , you can always reorder your favorite apps as per your requirement and thus you can bring your App onto the top of the list by just Dragging and reordering.

Thanks for Reaching out to us for this. I Tried to execute the same scenario as you mentioned in the acrobat Javascript Debugger and this is working fine for me.
for an instance, This code :for(var c=0;c<10;c++) {
console.println(c);
}
prints value of c i.e. 0 to 9.1) Can you please confirm me the version no. of Acrobat that you are using . you can get the details of version from Help -> "About Adobe Acrobat"... Also please mention the OS you are working , Win or Mac ?
2) Can you please try the above mentioned code and let me know your observations ? Also, specify your exact scenario That you are doing with your workflow.
This will help us to dig down the issue further.

Thanks for Using Adobe Acrobat. If you want to change the color./Theme of the document, you can do that anyways under Acrobat -> Edit -> Preferences -> Accessibility -> Tick mark the option "Replace Document colors" and choose the colors that you wish to see on the pdfs.
Or if you are talking about Theme in Acrobat you can choose Light Theme or Dark theme as Acrobat -> View -> Display Theme -> Light or Dark Gray as per your requirement.
