Dear User,
You can create a new policy template from Protect—Encrypt—Manage Security Policies—New (create the new security settings that you want to apply) and save it as a template.
You will still need to open the files individually and apply the template on each file. But this would be an easier way around.An error occurred while saving the comment Koza commentedYou can use the Action Wizard for this.

It only seems to work when adding each field individually and manually.

Agreed - we have issues with the current options for security because they are NOT hierarchical - so it's either this option or that option, not both. It would be better to have a la carte options for what editing features are being secured and "save custom" templates like you can for header/footers & watermarks.
