    Hi,

Thank you for reporting this issue. Please provide me the exact action (.sequ) file so that we can reproduce this issue at our end. It would really help if you could share the files/folder as well.

    Regards,
    Khushbu Tekariwal

    Hi,
Thank you for reporting this issue. Please provide a little more details like what exact workflow you are doing (some fixup / checkup) or just launching the preflight app.

Alternatively, Try updating to the latest MAC OS Mojave build and latest Acrobat build. Try cleaning the processes from the activity monitor and then running these steps. If you are able to reproduce this issue , please reach out to us.

    Regards,
    Khushbu Tekariwal

    Hi,

Please try to disable the Acrobat Home Window so that it does not pop up when no documents are open. Follow the steps on MAC:
    1. Go to Preferences (Press Command+K to open preferences)
    2. Select 'General' tab on the left
    3. Uncheck the checkbox for 'Show home screen when all documents are closed'

    Thanks,
    Khushbu Tekariwal

    Hi,

We have not made any changes to Prepress. So the workflow for Prepress should work just like it did before and Home window just appears when a fresh instance of Acrobat is launched. If you are facing any issue in your Prepress workflow, please let us know exactly what is the issue and if possible please provide the steps to reproduce the issue.

    Regards,
    Khushbu Tekariwal
