  6. Please make Adobe like it used to be, where I don't have to hack into my account just to print a document to PDF, only to have it tell me it can't print because my account is not activated. I just paid $200 last month for my yearly fee. Can I get my money back??????

  7. This started happening recently. I am trying to print a receipt from a purchase. Normally - just print to pdf and move on - but now I get an error when I try to print the whole receipt. All is well when I just print the first page.

I am using CC and have already attempted to remove and reinstall. Luckily most of the important information is on that first page

But still - way annoying. What is going on? Thanks for your help!

  9. Using Acrobat to print to PDF has issues when scaling the page automatically, however can do it manually. Issues have been documented here. https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2368705

I would like to consider this a BUG.

  10. Acrobat 11 Standard version 11.0.20 with latest updates, Windows 2008 R2 OS.
Plugin built with Acrobat 11 SDK, c++ source code inspected by Adobe experts here: https://forums.adobe.com/message/9672015#9672015
Rendering PDF including CID: after several correct prints, the print gets garbled. Restart Acrobat or logoff user does NOT fix garbling. Only VM reboot fixes garbled rendering.

    Hi

We cannot help you further as Acrobat 11 is end of life and there has been no confirmation from your side on if the issue exists with Acrobat DC or not.
We are closing this case from our end. Feel free to reopen a new case if you are still facing this issue with Acrobat DC

    Thanks
    Tanvi

  12. In Distiller Pro XI 11.0.20 (28/03/2017), and in many earlier versions, pdfmark is inconsistent about whether strings should be plain ASCII or in the pdf encoding. In particular, “… /Title String /OUT pdfmark” can be in the PDF encoding, but “/Label String /PAGELABEL pdfmark” must be plain ASCII.

    Example PostScript:

    %!PS

    /Times-Bold 48 selectfont
    /StringASCII (ASCII-encoded string) def
    /StringPDF (PDF-\351\361\347\370\360\353\360 \235tr\232\361g) def % Silly accents

36 36 moveto (ASCII string) show
    mark /Dest /Page1ASCII /DEST pdfmark
    mark /Action /GoTo /Dest /Page1ASCII /Title StringASCII /Count 0 /OUT pdfmark
    mark /Label StringASCII /PAGELABEL pdfmark
    showpage

    36 36 moveto (PDF-encoded string) show
    mark…

Thank you for your bug report.
Unfortunately, we are unable to address this problem in this version of the product, given other high priority issues.
Feel free to reopen a new case if you think that this is critically blocking your functionality.

    Thanks

  14. Acrobat X Pro had this feature. Our company started to rely on it. Now that we've upgraded to Acrobat Pro DC, it is gone. It seems to me that we aren't the only company that ran into this problem. Could you kindly add this feature back in the next update to Acrobat Pro DC?

The feature for use of JDF in print workflows was removed in Acrobat XI Pro due to dramatic lack of interest and use by Acrobat users.

  15. Distiller 11.0.19 17/12/2016): I often distil very large ps files, of the order of 1.3G. When distilling those the % counter goes haywire, reporting negative numbers, and %ages >100. Obviously an overflow problem somewhere: please case to floating point.
