EASY DISABLE CLOUD STORAGE
Provide clickable, or easily found and accessed setting to DISABLE ALL CLOUD STORAGE AND UPLOAD TO THE CLOUD.

Acrobat Mobile: Add config controls to disable file location options and to fully remove message to grant permission to Allow File Access.
When using a shared mobile device, we need to limit the visibility of previously accessed files by other users. This could be accomplished by removing access to the "On this device" option within Acrobat mobile.
Secondly if we could remove the system from requesting permission to the "All file access" so that permission couldn't be granted by the user afterward.
To summarize, here are the following requests for configuration options:

Roll back the Bookmark/ToC tab
Bookmark/ToC tab shouldn't exist. It is now very inconvenient to access ToC, you have to enter another tab and bookmarks are on top of the list. Table of Contents should be easily accessible, ideally in one-two clicks and not hidden in some sub-tab

Bookmarks - Table of Contents Window
Can you, please, raise the Bookmarks and Table of Contents window when in landscape mode? The window is too low and it's difficult to browse (especially through the chapter numbers). I put the phone on the table in landscape mode when I read and I have to rotate it almost every time in the portrait mode when I wish to search for chapter numbers. Thank you.

Eink display option/optimization
Please include this option for e-ink display users:
Show label colors on color selection interface when commenting/annotating/drawing. This can be available via hover or tap-and-hold, but the easiest might by to just put the first letter (in a given language) of each color in its respective swatch box.
I like to read/annotate using an Android E Ink tablet with a monochrome display. I am too poor/cheap to purchase a color E Ink device, but I still need to change colors for highlighting and, therefore, be able to know what color I am changing to.

Better navigation under "file" tab
When I go to the file tab, I only see a huge list of pdfs on all my internal storage folders. This is very user unfriendly.
I would like to be able to navigate by folder. At the very least, I would like to be able to sort files by date, rather than the default alphabetical order.
Finally, I would like to be able to see a files location in storage. When I download a file and it opens with the Adobe app, it shows up under "recent files". However, there is no option to look up where the file…

Idea
Through the desktop software I have synchronised my Box account to my Acrobat account
However when I use my Android or iOS app it shows me option only to retrieve files from Dropbox.
I think it is important to add a link to the app so that we can access files saved on box as well12 votes -
Keep the document space clear.
The new version of Reader 2023.001.20174. I use this primarily for commenting of student scripts, perhaps 50/day. However.
1. Image ..417 shows that 3 clicks I have to do everytime I open a file.
Please enable me to set up Reader so it always opens in comment mode.- When I do the 3 clickc, the left All Tools pane collapses into vertical bar which covers part of the document. Image ..209. Covering the document pane should not happen at any point.
So I cannot use this version and have reverted to the more cluttered previous version
