4. Youtube Not Working

   1) Check for updates: Settings / System / System update / Check now - Please try again
   2) Restart Roku: Settings / System / Reboot system / Restart - try again
   3) Change the theme to Roku's default: Settings / Theme / Restore default theme - try again
   4) Change your screensaver to Rocker: Settings / Theme / Screensavers - try again
   5) Remove the SD card (if present) - try again
   6) Uninstall the program, restart ROKU: Settings / System / Reboot system / Reboot, add program - try again
   7) Network reset: Settings / System / Advanced system settings / Network reset - Please try again
   8) Disconnect power completely from Roku for 10-15 minutes; try again
   9) Restore factory settings: configuration / system / advanced system settings / factory settings <--- last resort
   NOTE 6: Do not remove the program from YouTube TV; It will not be returned until the dispute is over.

7. Inconsistent behaviour between windows and android versions of acrobat reader for printing secure documents

   Please allow for printing of secure password protected documents in the Android version of acrobat reader. Once you enter a your document password and can access the document, you should be allowed to print it from your andriod device, instead of having to open it up with adobe acrobat on a windows pc and print it . Both versions of acrobat reader under windows and android are up to the latest 21.

9. Star

   I use adobe reader across platforms (mobile, tablet, computer).
   "Starring" items comes in handy to access/resume across devices.

   However, starring an item brings a popup in the page and restricts viewing the pdf until the item is uploaded to "Document Cloud".
   It would be lot more convenient if uploading task is done in the background while letting users read the pdf in the meanwhile.

    If choose and edit pdf there will be navigation bar come up and select sign shown on upper left corner it will cover most of my screen , it will be convenient if only small editing tool bar which is drag move anywhere

20. App isn't available

    Whenever I switch away from the app, I can't switch back to it. It appears in the Android task list, but when I tap on it, I get an error toast saying "App isn't available".
