It is important for me to know the actual, exact and complete, without abbreviations, location of the file - file system directory on the device, attached array, e.g. microSD or OTG USB-flash memory stick or cloud storage, etc.

I need it for self-organization of archiving of documents and literature, in the part which is in Adobe PDF format.
At present, searching for the actual path of a file and its properties from the list of files is not possible and requires searching by means of software, which has to be run and switched between the means for reading files and the means for viewing and organizing data storage, which creates inconveniences in working with the document.
This inconvenience will be substantially overcome if the document list functionality is extended with access to the full name of the document file, access to the full path of the document file and information about the date and time of its last saving and volume.

Allow edits such as highlighting or drawings without Auto-comment pop-ups in shared pdfs
It interrupts they process for those who just mean to annotate without commenting. It would be helpful if you introduce an option in Acrobat's preferences to disable automatic pop-ups.

Allow highlighter/pen during read aloud
I would like to highlight or use the pen while listening to read aloud.
Currently one must exit read aloud, highlight/draw, then reactivate read aloud, interrupting flow.
This app is incredibly powerful for studying/note-taking for folks with adhd or slow readers. Allowing marks while TTS would be game changing for flow state. That is something i would actually pay for.
If you realize how powerful this app could be as a studying tool (and not just a pdf signer) Adobe reader could corner the note-taking app market.

combine or customize the annotating tools menus
When annotating pdf's, I frequently switch between underlining and drawing in the margins. It is TEDIOUS to have to back out of the "highlight" menu and switch to the "draw" menu each time. Why you separated them makes NO sense. So just combine the tools commonly used together, or give us the option of customizing the tool menu, like we can on the desktop version.
