Shortcut keys not working
For months, I can no longer use shortcut keys (Ctrl+C) in Adobe Acrobat Pro. I have searched for resolutions, but nothing works. This is super frustrating.

Copy and paste
There used to be the ability to copy and paste a message into the message box, but now you have to type it in and if you make a mistake, it won't let you backspace or delete it to correct the mistake.

Cancel plan not found on website and no one answers the telephone
I am not using this plan enough to justify this monthly fee.
I was not able to find how to cancel my plan online.
I was not able to reach anyone at the phone number listed on this monthly charge.

New UI is terrible. Thanks, I hate it.
This new layout is dumb.
All it shows it "Recent" Documents. There are few ways to filter. there is no advanced search to find specific documents. there is no browse feature.

Revert Back to the old layout!
This new layout is so much more difficult to use. Horrible decision on your part. You can not type in the template field, can only upload a file and can't change the customer info in this view. You also cant not see everything clearly on one page. GO BACK TO THE LAST LAYOUT!!! PLEASE!!!

New adobe sign AWFUL
New Adobe Sign UI is awful. Added no new functionality, and made everything much less organized and harder to navigate. Please go back to the old! Don't fix something that is not broken. I can't even figure out how to send a reminder...
