Revert Back to the old layout!
This new layout is so much more difficult to use. Horrible decision on your part. You can not type in the template field, can only upload a file and can't change the customer info in this view. You also cant not see everything clearly on one page. GO BACK TO THE LAST LAYOUT!!! PLEASE!!!

Hi Daryn
Thanks for your feedback, we have put a switch to take you back to the Adobe Sign manage page. Please let us know if you see any issues accessing the Adobe Sign manage page. We are constantly monitoring these forums and taking a note of the feedback being provided by every customer. We hope to continue improving the user experience for Document Cloud in coming days.

As of about an hour ago the ability to switch to the Adobe Sign manage page was added to Document Cloud. It is on the "For Signatures" page and will allow you to use the manage page from Adobe Sign.
Thank you all for your feedback. It is very valuable to us.

I have a client who used Adobe Sign for all their employee paperwork until Adobe raised the price so high it became prohibitive for them. I can't imagine the flames that would be coming out of them if this happened before they cancelled their account. This is totally unacceptable!!!!!

I see this revision failure as a complete ignorance on the part of ADOBE to the ramifications of legal contracts that all of us users use Adobe Sign for. By dissing the interface we've used for years, they have thrown out the ability to have these legally, digitally signed contracts for any transactions we've conducted between ourselves, who are business owners, and our clients. Total disregard for the purpose of this function all because of WHAT. Who made this decision anyway? Obviously from the negative comments ADOBE has received, this wasn't well thought out or received.

Yatin - That’s EXACTLY the kind of tone deaf response we’d expect from some other company. But NOT from Adobe. You have a clear choice here — continue on the track you started down, and lose a bunch of Adobe Sign customers, or listen to our feedback and make critical course corrections. What happens to your Adobe Sign customer base is in your hands. We’ve clearly outlined the problems in these comments — it’s now your job to fix them!

It's making me put the field on every contract I send out for signature. I've uploaded it to the library and yet when I go to send it nothing is there. This new version is causing me to do double the work and misplace contracts because I don't know what has been sent to who. If this doesn't change this week I'm going to look at other options other then adobe. This was the worst update I've ever seen.

Mangesh, can you please let us know when this functionality will be available? I am dying here trying to manage all of these documents with this new layout!

We are working to allow switching back to the previous UX design. This will give you the opportunity to continue to use the existing familiar interface. We are taking all your feedback to improve the new user interface.

Hello,
We appreciate all the feedback in this forum, it was through this forum that the idea to integrate our services was incubated and developed. And while we don’t always get it perfect out of the gate, we do appreciate the feedback and hope you will continue to help us improve our products and services.
With that said, this new release gave us the opportunity to step back and look at all the document related activities that our customers are performing - e-signing, reviewing and sharing documents. We have redesigned the new Document Cloud user interface to deliver a single web destination for managing all these document related activities. Moreover the same interface and experiences are also available from Adobe Acrobat DC and Acrobat Reader Mobile to allow you to access your documents and activities from any screen.
All the Adobe Sign functionality that you are used to is still available within this new unified user experience and all of your data is also still accessible from the new User experience. We do acknowledge that any change is difficult but rest assured that the change was made with an eye towards providing more functionality to you for your document needs in the future and surfacing more of your document activities front-and-center in the UI, capabilities that you already have access to.
Once again we appreciate all the feedback and hope that your will join us in this journey that we have embarked on to provide you with the next generation experiences around documents. Please refer the following link to get further details on how to manage and track your documents in the Document Cloud web application: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/send-for-signature.html
